Realising Your Potential PB has developed the Realising Your Potential (RYP) program to enhance personal and professional development opportunities for our employees. RYP is an annual process that enables employees and managers to develop a joint understanding of an individual’s performance, and sets up commitments to achieving mutually agreed development goals. Progress is reviewed at mid-year. RYP aims to provide greater recognition of the role an individual plays in satisfying the needs of our clients, our employees and the broader community, which PB sees as critical to our continued success. Practice Area Networks A Practice Area Network (PAN) is a network of PB employees globally who share similar professional interests and work within the same discipline or practice area. The PANs encourage communication and mentoring activities among PB employees, and have been the source of knowledge sharing and innovation on many projects.
All levels of staff across the globe participate in and benefit from their PAN involvement. The PANs are unique in our industry and provide an excellent way to network globally and to receive guidance from leading experts in fields that interest you.
