We invest significantly in graduate employment opportunities each year, and this strategy is beneficial and rewarding both for our business and for our emerging professionals (EPs). With an impressive range of projects on offer, a structured development program and opportunities to network nationally and globally with other graduates and emerging professionals, we are confident in our ability to support emerging professionals in the growth of their professional careers.
Rotation and development opportunities
Opportunities for growth, development and diversity are available to all PB graduate employees and emerging professionals through rotation and development programs. Rotations are possible across several areas, in an environment that supports the development of well-rounded staff capable of delivering innovative client outcomes across a range of sectors, projects and disciplines.
Professional Growth Network
PB's Professional Growth Network (PGN), the first of its kind in our industry, allows emerging professionals to directly shape their future and influence the future of the company. Participants help to establish and improve corporate programs, including career development, corporate planning, innovation, peer and professional recognition, communications and networking, and corporate citizenship/community involvement. The PGN provides direct communication with peers and senior management, and has enabled emerging professionals to make recommendations on PB’s corporate strategy, as well as on improvements to mentoring and new employee induction programs.
